Doctors Are Warning: If You Use Aluminum Foil, Stop It Right Now And This is The Reason Why

We all use aluminum foil for different purposes in the kitchen such as for wrapping or for cooking, and we sometimes use the aluminum foil to treat some common disorders. But, a recent study has discovered that there are some important things we do not know about the aluminum foil.

Aluminum is a neurotoxic heavy metal. It has numerous side-effects on the function of the brain and has been related to Alzheimer’s disease.

Some famous medical experts claim that the exposure to aluminum foil might cause long- lasting adverse effects, including loss of memory and balance, mental decline, coordination, and bodily control.

According to this study, we affect our bones when we use aluminum foil for cooking. Unfortunately, aluminum builds up inside our bones and takes the space of calcium and reduce its levels.

What’s even worse, researchers have associated cooking with this heavy metal with pulmonary fibrosis and other respiratory problems as a result of the inhalation of aluminum particles. The same effects are achieved when we use aluminum foil for grilling.

People don’t know that when aluminum foil is exposed to high temperatures, it emits parts of the metal into the food you are cooking, and the heavy metal might leech in it.

A chemical engineering researcher at the American University of Sharjah, Dr. Essam Zubaidy, has calculated the effects of aluminum on cooking and discovered that a meal cooked in aluminum foil can include up to 400mg of aluminum.

It means that the higher the temperature, the more the leaching. The foil is not good for cooking and is not good for using with vegetables like tomatoes, spices or citrus juice.

According to the World Health Organization, the recommended daily allowance for aluminum is limited to 60mg daily.
