God has provided us with hundreds of different fruits and vegetables — green, red, yellow, orange, blue, purple and white fruits and vegetables that are grown right out of the ground, nourished by sunlight, and are the healthiest foods on the planet.
The HEALING FOODS diet below defines the health properties and benefits of the most common fruits and vegetables. It helps you over diseases like: Digestive disorders, Fatigue, Depression, Diabetes, Obesity, Heart Disease, Autism, Hormone imbalance, and Cancer prevention.
Fruits and vegetables are high in inflammation-fighting carotenoids, vitamin K and vitamin E.Diets high in fruits and vegetables are widely recommended for their health-promoting properties. Fruits and vegetables have historically held a place in dietary guidance because of their concentrations of vitamins, especially vitamins C and A; minerals, especially electrolytes; and more recently phytochemicals, especially antioxidants. Here are 20 foods that I introduced to my kitchen. They radically transformed my body and healed me of chronic disease, allowing me to experience vibrant health:

Lemons are one of the best nature’s weapons in the burning fat war. A diet comprised of lemons will help you lose weight on a daily basis and you will be able to achieve the body figure that you’ve always wanted.

Guava was dubbed “the ultimate superfood,” as it’s considered the top antioxidant food, with loads of vitamin C and cancer-fighting lycopene. Your immunity is your defense mechanism that protects your body from numerous bacterial and viral infections. One of the most powerful tools to boost your immunity is to eat guavas.
6. Grapes for Osteoporosis:
Grapes contain the compund resveratrol, which may be beneficial for preventing Osteoporosis . Protect your bones from Osteoporosis with resveratrol. Resveratrol, an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound famously found in red wine, red grape juice and grapes (it’s in the skins).

9.onion juice for respiratory problems:

It has been used as a food remedy for centuries in cold, cough, bronchitis and influenza. Onions relieve nasal and chest congestion. Onions also induce perspiration. 10.Orange juice for pneumonia:
Pneumonia is caused by an infection in your lungs which can prove fatal if left untreated. It is one of those conditions you should not allow to linger too long because you could end up in the hospital. To treat pneumonia drink lots of fluid including orange juice.
11. Papaya heals piles:

No one fruit or vegetable contains all the nutrients you need, so it is good to have a variety and include fruit and vegetables of all different colours. Different colours of fruits mean different combinations of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
